★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の19時30分頃行きました。店員さんがニコニコしてあいさつしてくれたので、初めての店でしたがほっとしました。セットメニューがあり、豚肉とキャベツの味噌炒め、900円を食べました。味噌味が少し濃かったですが、豚肉もキャベツも美味しく満足しました。店員さんに、美味しかったですと言うと、またお越しくださいとハハハと笑ってくれました。中国の方だと思いますが、とても印象が良かったです。また行きます。

薬膳スープ、マルコスギ坦々麺、冷やし中華、石焼麻婆麺、春巻き、水餃子などなど、どれを食べても美味しいのでお気に入りの中華です。常連さんも沢山で、もしかしたら入りづらいかもですが入ってしまえば子供にも優しくて良いお店です。おすすめ！！

そこの虜になっているw お友達に連れてきてもらいました。
お店のビジュアル的にはTHE町中華…ですが、食べてビックリ！美味しいのオンパレードなお店でした。
前菜でつついたクラゲの刺身は、コリコリを通り越してのゴリゴリ食感…ハマりました 笑
大好きな酢豚はサンザシ入り。サンザシの主張しすぎない上品な甘酸っぱさは、パイナップルのそれとは対極的。個人的にはサンザシ派。
薬膳スープは、燕の巣、豚のガツ、ナツメ入り。薬膳スープってなんとなく飲みにくそうな感じがあれど、不思議なほどに体に馴染みました。体調がイマイチな時でもするすると飲めそう。
大根餅は、干し海老？桜海老？の風味が忘れられず！ハフハフっと熱々を食べて欲しい逸品。今度、家でも桜海老を入れてみようと思います◎
そして、この日のNo. 1は、塩ネギチャーハン・ふわたまトマトのせ！！
この合わせだとトマトの存在が疑問視されそうですが、トマトの程よい酸味で最後まで後味良くいただけるんです。試してみて欲しい一品◎
町中華のようでいて、町中華にはないアレンジや滋味深さを感じられた博味菜館。多分、ランチでふらっと…程度ではそれが分からないような気がしたので、夜に来て正解だったなと。
お友達がすっかり心酔しているのも、常連さんがひっきりなしに来店されていたのも、全て納得でした！

坦々麺を頂きましたが、辛いのが苦手な私でもイケるっというか…美味しかった！ピリ辛ありつつまろやかで、麺も美味しい！オーナーさんからお客さんに身体にいい美味しい料理を提供したいという話も聞けて、より好きになりました。また行きたい♪
