M	M M (MM) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年12月は満席で、いけませんでしたが、念願かなって3人でうかがいました。餃子が楽しみにしていましたので、三種オーダーしたのです。そうすると、店員さんが一皿5個なんですが、『6個もできます』と対応してくれました。どうしても遠慮するイメージがその言葉で払拭されました。ほかの料理もすべて3の倍数運んでくれました。素晴らしい接客教育が出来てると、思いました。 Last December was full and I couldn't do it, but I was longing to see three of them. Y	Yudai Hattori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに訪問。内装はオシャレでセンスのいい中華感。店員さんは全員女性でとても仲良く働いてらっしゃいました。台湾まぜそば単品注文を考えていましたがランチのセットメニューがあることを知りそちらを注文しました。餃子と唐揚げのセット（ナムル、スープ付き）から選べます。両方半々ずつのものは台湾まぜそばが小サイズになります。台湾まぜそばは比較的甘めとのレビューがありましたが、それから辛みなどを改良したのか「新台湾まぜそば」になっていました。新台湾まぜそばの麺は評判どおりかなりモチモチ。タレもよく絡みます。辛みが増されたとのことでしたが、はなびと比べるとまだマイルドな辛さ。あともう少し塩味があってもいいかな？卓上には酢、醤油、辛味、食べるラー油、ニンニクが置かれているので各自味の調整が可能です。私はニンニクを入れた後辛味と食べるラー油を結構足しました。その後はもちろん追い飯。はなびほどのボリュームはありません。ですがセットメニューなら唐揚げの油も相まって普通にお腹いっぱいになりました。味は全然okクオリティですが、やはりはなびには敵いませんね。好みもあるかもしれません。夜にはハッピーアワーや宴会メニューもあるそうなので、そちらも試してみてはいかがでしょうか。 Visited for lunch. May I have a little more salty taste? Vinegar, soy sauce, pungent taste, radish oil to eat, and garlic are placed on the table, so you can adjust your taste.
