★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姑がリハビリ（電気をかけに）通っていますが、寒くなって来たのに待合室に暖房も入れてくれないそうです。私も膝を痛めてかかったことがあります。軟骨がすり減っているといわれましたが、村上総合病院の先生に診ていただいたら、半月板の損傷でした。星は1も付けたくないくらい。マイナスです！
My mother-in-law goes to rehabilitation (to turn on electricity), but she doesn't even turn on the heating in the waiting room even though it's getting cold. I have also hurt my knee. It was said that the cartilage was worn out, but when I consulted a doctor at Murakami General Hospital, it was a meniscus injury. I don't want to add a star. It's a minus!

ドクターは短気で威圧的な口調
スタッフにしても事務的流れ作業で
杖を付いた年配の方が目の前のワゴンが邪魔で歩きにくそうなのを避けてあげる事すら気がつけてなく
配慮に欠ける印象…一事が万事
評価通りの医療機関とコチラが割りきって利用するか他を利用するのが賢明かと思います
私は嫌な思いもモヤモヤするのも嫌なので二度と行きません
選べる医院が少ないのはツラいですね
