商品を注文して納期が1か月過ぎても一切連絡がない。
こちらから連絡すると２週間後と言われた。
なぜ遅れる連絡がないのか理解できない。
ようやく納品されたと連絡があり、来店できる日を確認され、これから日程調整しますと言われた。
散々待たせておいて事前の日程調整を行わず、閉店時間後10分程度の来店や開店時間前の来店も認めず、結局取り付けに１か月待たされた。
当方月曜日休みの仕事をしているため休暇を取らざるを得なかった。
多少遠くても別のトヨタ系列の店舗を利用することを勧める。
少なくとも私は二度と利用しない。

I was informed that it was finally delivered, confirmed the date when I could come to the store, and was told that I would adjust the schedule from now on.
I had to wait a long time and did not adjust the schedule in advance, and did not allow me to come to the store about 10 minutes after the closing time or before the opening time, so I ended up waiting for one month to install it.
I had to take a vacation because I was working on Mondays.
We recommend that you use another Toyota-affiliated store even if it is a little far away.
At least I will never use it again.
