一度は見てみたらよろしかろう。
食堂には無い、かといって飲み屋独特のベタついた人間関係にも無縁な空気。
飲ませる空気、飲む雰囲気がきちんとデザインされている。
中華料理屋さんに有りがちな、「うちは、四川がメインだから……」だのが全くない、おいしいものを食べてもらいたい、そんな気合いはふわふわと感じる。
ほぼ裏メニューの黒酢酢豚は絶品。
