★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は他のジムに通っていたのですが、ストイックな内容だったため、続かずに途中で退会してしまいました。
コロナの影響で運動不足が続き、また再開したいなと思っていたところに、近所の上北沢で新規オープンとのことで、体験に行ってきました。
対応してくれたトレーナーの方が親切にこちらに合わせた提案をしてくれて、「これなら私にも続けられるかも…」と思いました。
トレーニングは、私に必要なものをしっかり説明してくれて、納得した上で行うことが出来ました。
トレーニング後は、酸素ルームに入り、すっきりリフレッシュ出来ました。癖になりそうです(笑)
入会しましたので、大きな目標達成に向かい、頑張っていきます！
まずはトレーナーの人と決めた、今年いっぱいの目標の達成を目指します！
 I used to go to another gym, but because it was stoic, I couldn't continue and withdrew on the way.
Due to the influence of Corona, lack of exercise continued and I wanted to restart it, but I went to experience it because it was newly opened in the neighborhood Kamikitazawa.
The trainer who responded kindly made a proposal tailored to me, and I thought, "If this is the case, I may be able to continue ...".
I was able to do the training after I was convinced that he explained what I needed.
After training, I entered the oxygen room and was able to refresh myself. It seems to be a habit (laugh)
Since I joined, I will do my best to achieve my big goal!
First of all, I decided to be a trainer and aim to achieve the goal for the end of this year!
