L	Lily M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他のお店より丁寧な接客なので、このお店を選んで行っていました。先日、フィッティングを見てもらいました。カップ一つ下げた方がいいと言われたのですが、私は一つ下げるとキツいことを伝えました。しかし、店員さんはこのシリーズは新しくなって前よりカップ下がるんですと一方的に言って、カップ一つ下げたのを持ってきました。カップ一つ下げたブラは新しいシリーズを持っていてワイヤーで肌を傷つけたことがあったので、一つ大きいブラを選んでいました。それにもかかわらず何も聞かずに一方的に変えられて最悪な気分でした。他にもブラによってフィット感が違うのでサイズ違いのブラをフィッティングルームに置いていたのに、他の種類のブラを見て、サイズ合ってないので変えますねと一方的に変えられました。確かにブラは浮かないのですが、胸が押しつけられ、アンダーもキツく、試着で跡がつくほどでした。キツすぎる場合は、パット入れて調整する等方法はあると思います。一方的に正しいブラの位置や収まり方を見て、話聞かないのは接客なのでしょうか。このお店が気に入ってPJを買っていたので、本当にがっかりしました。今までは接客が良かったので、星2つにしました。 I chose this shop because it is more polite than other shops. It's true that the bra doesn't float, but the chest was pressed, the underwear was tight, and the fitting made a mark. If it is too tight, I think there is a way to adjust it by putting it in a pad. Is it the customer service that unilaterally looks at the correct bra position and how it fits and does not talk? I was really disappointed because I liked this shop and bought PJ. Until now, the customer service was good, so I chose two stars.
