★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is a little confusing. There is no host per se. A local patron helped us get our name on the table list, otherwise we wouldn't know what to do. There is an English menu. This is food served true Italian style, i.e., bread is served without butter or olive oil, and all dishes are served as is. Side dishes like vegetables need to be ordered separately. Everything was great and authentic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere, nice wines, appetizers tasty, chicken was great, pasta acceptable not super great. Everyone seems to order fried seafood but we didn't. Overall great experience. Servers were really nice and helpful but service is a bit slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Venezia-style standing bar where you can get nice cicchetti (small side dishes), prosecco and spritz at reasonable prices. I really enjoyed their meatballs and ham (prosciutto).
It could get very busy in the weekend and you may have to wait a bit to get your order..but as long as you're in good company it's not a big deal..
Score and review refer to the standing bar only, not the restaurant area which I didn't try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here after seeing it recommended somewhere else, for lunch. Was a very authentic Italian experience with stunningly simplistic food options, executed with care. A lovely set menu option that included a side salad and a selection of beverages included I.e. coffee and iced tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standing bar with appetizers are really good with very reasonable pricing. So I was really surprised by how bad their lunch was. My pasta was very disappointing...the noodles were the thin cheap kind and it was very bland. Definitely better avoid the pasta.

Carbonara I ordered was almost like ramen because it was filled with so much soup and tasted really bad... (large size free - Omori)
The have very spacious seating and it’s located at B2 floor.
