★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2016/3/20 午後15時頃情報センターに問い合わせをしたのですが男性のスタッフの対応が最悪でした。品質が問われる会社だと思います。ここの会社注意。
 2016/3/20 I asked the Information Center around 15:00 pm, but the male staff was the worst. I think this is a company where quality is a question. Company attention here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 借りたい物件があったので電話をかけてみたが、年配の男性が出て本当に失礼な対応でした。オーナーから動産を預かって貸し出す立場である以上は、客付けに努力するべきと思いますが、所得収入や属する会社の質問も無く、単身利用というだけで電話を切られた。
オーナーからすると身元のしっかりした方に早く貸出して家賃収入を得たいと思うはずであるけれど、このおじさんは「弊社は新宿だから千葉県にはなかなか行けない。」とも。
だったら千葉県の物件を預かるな！と言いたい。一人の対応で会社イメージが下がってしまいます。昔契約していた頃は対応良かっただけに残念です。
I tried to call because there was a property I wanted to rent, but it was really rude because an elderly man came out. As long as I am in the position of taking out and renting movables from the owner, I think that I should make an effort to attract customers, but there was no question of income income or the company to which I belong, so I hung up the phone just for single use.
From the owner's point of view, I would like to rent out to someone with a solid identity to earn rent, but this uncle said, "Since we are in Shinjuku, we can not go to Chiba easily."
Then don't leave the property in Chiba! I want to say One person's response will lower the company image. It's a pity that I had a good deal when I contracted in the old days.
