た	たけだようへい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星1寄りの1.5。マンションの管理なのに設備点検の時間すら知らない管理能力の低さ。凄くわかりにくい場所に掲示はされてましたが、開始時間しか書いてない始末。問い合わせたら「いつまでかかるかわからないので終了時間は書いてません」とすごく高圧的な態度で一蹴されました。言いたいことはわかりますが、断水作業が1日かかるとか死活問題です。どういうことが入居者に発生しているか絶対わかってないです。というか、終了時間を書かないではなく「当日の状況で工事時間は前後する場合がございます」って書けばいい話。こんなの小学生でも思いつく、頭も悪いと言わざるを得ない。その後かかってきた電話で訂正と予定時間をちゃんと確認してくれて教えてくれたので0.5分は増やしますが、それでも品質ひくい。 1.5 towards the star 1. ら	ららら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理物件に入居してますが電話はデフォルトが自動応答で受ける気がない、折り返し電話というのに反応悪い。契約手続にこの会社専用のやり方がスマートでなく大変。入居日には鍵の受け渡しに連絡なく遅刻、仲介会社も困惑してました。こちらは引越業者の受け入れもあり鍵を貰えないと困るのに連絡が付かない。だいぶ遅刻してなんとか来ましたが最悪なスタートでした。居心地悪いのし半年で退去しますが退去確認日について希望はすごく前から出してても反応なし。オーナーには向いてても入居者は見てなさそう。 I'm in a managed property, but the default is that I don't want to receive an automatic answer, and even though it's a call back, it's unresponsive.
