i	iwa chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新宿に行く時は結構な頻度で利用してます。程よい肉と野菜を摂れて、味付けも備え付けのタレ(甘口と辛口あり)で自分の量でいただけるのが良いです。このカルビ120gの定食が760円とは、コスパ最高でしょ。ライス大盛り無料です。 I use it quite often when I go to Shinjuku. It is good to eat moderate meat and vegetables, and to have your own amount with the sauce (sweet and dry) that is also seasoned. The set meal of 120g of ribs is 760 yen, which is the best cost performance. A large serving of rice is free.
わ	わか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 休日の1330頃お伺いしました。入ってすぐの券売機で食券を買います。今回は牛ロースにしました。カウンターのみで半分ほどうまっていました。食券を渡すとご飯の量を確認されます。カウンター各席にIHコンロが設置されており、自分で焼き、鍋などを調理します。調味料も置いてますので、食事制限中の方はタレを使わないなど、自分好みで食べられることでしょうか。すぐに焼き用の鍋がセットされ、薄切りニンニクが入っています。調理法（火力調節や時間など）を簡単に教えていただけますが、あとは自分好みに焼いていきます。ご飯、味噌汁、サラダとは別に牛ロースと野菜が結構量あります。カウンターに追加野菜メニューがありますが、追加野菜を頼んでいたのをみますと、結構量が多かったです。ロースは一口サイズにカットされた状態なのでどんどん焼いて食べていきます。タレ用の小皿が3枚あり、わさびがあらかじめ置いてあるもの、あとは調味料を選んで食べます。メニューは鍋とかもあるので次回たのんでみたいです。カウンターも常に清掃しており、ピカピカでした。 2022.3月 I visited around 1330 on a holiday. Buy a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine right after you enter. This time I chose beef loin. It was about half as good at the counter alone. When you give the meal ticket, the amount of rice will be confirmed. An IH stove is installed at each counter seat, and you can cook your own grills and pots. I also put seasonings, so if you are on a diet, you can eat it as you like, such as not using sauce. Immediately a pan for grilling is set and contains sliced garlic. You can easily teach how to cook (heat control, time, etc.), but then you can bake to your liking. Apart from rice, miso soup and salad, there are quite a lot of beef loin and vegetables. There is an additional vegetable menu at the counter, but when I saw that I was asking for additional vegetables, the amount was quite large. Loin is cut into bite-sized pieces, so I will bake it and eat it. There are 3 small plates for sauce, the one with wasabi in advance, and the seasoning to eat. The menu also has a hot pot, so I'd like to try it next time. The counter was always cleaned and it was shiny. 2022.3 March
