S	Senkan Koukuu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice station where you can ride the Shinjuku line, Fukutoshin line and the Maruno-uchi line. You don’t get your LTE service here though.
N	Niranjan Deshmukh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shinjuku-sanchome Station 新宿三丁目駅 3 Chome-3-2 Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tōkyō-to 160-0022, Japan: This is smaller than the Shinjuku station & much easier to navigate for an outsider. Better to walk through the many transfer routes like Isetan and Marui than get out at the Shunjuku Station.

Its an great alternative to reach Shinjuku by avoiding JR shinjuku station which is the busiest railstation in the world. SHINJUKU gyoen national harden is just walking distance from here.

B	Bernadette Estepa (Gaijin Guide) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It feels as confusing as the main Shinjuku station so...XD I’m taking this line because it goes straight to Yokohama, crossing 2 transfers and 3 lines without having to do any transfers at all. Remaining on board makes it easy. Also, it’s one of the cheapest routes. There’s a lot of guides around to refer to, however if time is your issue then it can’t work in your favor.
