★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a Coco Ichibanya in the courtyard outside the building. There is also a Freshness Burger joint too. The inside of the building twinkles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large building with a Tully's coffee and other restaurants, although it is mostly offices. There are some banks, including Chiba bank. There is a very small area to sit, consisting of about eight chairs, so not much opportunity to relax. It does have a huge moving clock that is amusing to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Govt Building next door at 9pm but it was closed, so the friendly security guard guided me here.great view of the city from the 45th floor, open till 11. Entry is free. There are various shops and restaurants at the observatory floor.
