★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京王プラザホテルの隣になり、新宿駅から歩いて7～8分程度です。ビル自体も新しく、1階や2階エントランスには警備員の方が常時おられるなど、安全面も安心感があります。館内にはコンビニなどもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地下と1階に若干飲食店、お弁当屋さんはありますが、まあ可もなく不可もなしといったところです。コンビニは地下にファミリーマートが1件有ります。NSビルが直ぐ側なので、そこまで行けばTULLY'Sも有ります。
モノリスは結構古いビルらしいので、オフィスフロアも今どきのビルの様に天井が高くは有りません。若干圧迫感はあるかもしれません。昔と比べ、トイレはキレイにリフォームされていました。
新宿駅から地下道直結で行けるので、雨が降ったときなどは、濡れずに済みます。

The monolith seems to be a fairly old building, so the office floor does not have a high ceiling like modern buildings. There may be some oppressive feeling. Compared to the old days, the toilet was remodeled cleanly.
You can go directly from Shinjuku station to the underpass, so you don't have to get wet when it rains.
