★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 西口のこっち方面は地下道が縦横無尽にに伸びており、このビルへも雨の日などJR新宿駅から地下道のみで濡れずに到着できます。また関東大震災の10倍程度の耐震性があるそうで、万が一のときは頼りになるかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ボロビル。入り口付近の動線が馬鹿みたい。ユニバーサルデザインとは無縁。いいところなし。休憩スペースくらい作れ。ちなみにドコモの電波は入りません（爆笑）ビルの入り口が改札みたいになってて社員証をタッチするが、タッチだけでは許されず、改札を抜けた直後に立っている警備員に社員証の顔写真を見せないと呼び止められることになる。そこまでする必要性を感じずいちいちうざい。顔認証でもやったら（笑）地下に食堂があるが、まずい、愛想が悪い、混んでて居心地が悪いでいいところなし。早くロボットレストランにならないかな。

新卒で入社した社員の方は良い人が多いですが、社内改革のためベンチャーからの中途入社を受け入れており、そのような人の中には毎日無断で遅刻して挨拶もない等、社会人として問題のある方もいました。
また会社全体として長い会議を好み、打ち合わせで週3日がつぶれることもありました。

何の案内もなく、商談スペースのソファはテープ貼られで使用不可。普通1階が受付だろが！案内も何も無い。警備員に聞くと｢地下です｣と。
こんな不案内なのか！と思った。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このビルや付近でタバコの路上喫煙が酷い。ビル敷地内の屋外で吸いまくってゴミもポイ捨てばかり。警備員の巡回も見ないので、実質KDDIは対策を取れていない。このご時世どうかと思う。企業スタンスを疑う。
