★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 保険証を別の患者に返してしまった、という大失態をおかしておきながら、受付は椅子に座ったまま平謝り、という場面に出くわしました。個人情報を漏洩させておいて、この対応はありえないです。歯科医師も安心して診てもらえるタイプではないです。一通りのことは資料を使って説明してくれますが、いざ虫歯の治療になると、開けてみて神経まで達してたら神経抜きますね〜とシレッと合意させて施術にかかろうとします。最近は神経を残す技術もあるので、神経に達するほどの虫歯かもしれない患者さんは他所を探した方がいいです。ここには歯髄を残す技術はありません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見てもらって素敵な看護師さんも多いのです。
急遽お願いした時もスムーズに受けていただくことができて感謝していました。久しぶりにクリーニングで伺った際なんといっても受付が最悪でした。電話対応も態度も悪ければ愛嬌もないです。
先生が変わることや案内時間などもだるそうにお伝えしてくれます。
顔とも言える受付がこんなんであれば院内もコミュニケーションすら取れていないんだろうなとw
電話しただけで気分の悪くなる受付がいる病院にかかりたくないので行くのをやめました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引越しに伴い、行きつけの歯医者を変えねばならず、ここにお世話になってから一年ほど立ちます。
基本は定期検診で汚れの確認やブラッシング、歯石取りなどがメインですが、毎回問題なく施術頂いています。
たまに虫歯の初期治療なども行ってもらいますが、痛みの再発なども無く安心しています。
先日親知らずの抜歯もしましたが、特に問題なく過ごせております。
歯科医、歯科助手の方が信頼できるので、強いて言えば受付の方がもう少し愛想が良いと言うことなしです。笑
これからもお世話になります。

３年前から通っており、受付については他の方の口コミの通りですが
これまで医師についてはそこまで問題もなかったので利用していましたが、もうここへ通うのは辞めました。
診察中なんせ不手際すぎます。
無駄に時間も取られ何度も顔に唾液がかったり、何の断りもなく出来物をつぶされたり、唾液の吸引もしてくれないため口を開けているのが辛くなっても無理やり指で開けさせられ気分が悪かったです。
元々虫歯の治療と前回治療してもらった個所の不具合で予約を取ったのに、粗雑で痛い診察とレントゲンを撮られて終了でした。
終始横柄な態度で微塵も自責の念はないからでしょうが、一言の謝罪もありません。
こんな思いをするために忙しい中時間を割いたのが阿呆らしく思え、とても虚しかったです。
患者の前ですら怠そうに動くほど体が重いのであればまずは痩せて
未熟だという自覚も持てず、なぜ患者が不機嫌になったのか考えられないほどならば医療の道は絶ってほしい
元々おすすめしてませんが、他の病院に行くことをおすすめします
