★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like that this clinic takes walk-ins. Some other clinics are booking only, which is annoying when I need to visit urgently. Happy with the doctors they have here. Also very easy to purchase the pill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic used to have really good doctor but i'm disappointed at the attitude of the new doctors. New doctors express annoyance when there was a bit of mess during yeast infection inspection. When i collected the results, the doctor did not seem to take my concerns seriously and replied with some sarcasm. The current doctors cant even speak any english despite this clinic charging high fees for being an english speaking clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very happy with this clinic.
I had to visit the doctor several times and he put lots of efforts so that I felt confortable. He adapted a bit his process as in Europe we are not used to curtains and seats that moves "on their own".
He explained to me everything very clearly in English and was really reassuring. I got treated efficiently with care.
The rest of the staff is also very welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many people have commented on the hospitality and convenience of this clinic, specially with the pills, and these are all true. But I also wanted to mention that they accept insurance and the costs are extremely fair. I’ve seen way too many clinics overpricing themselves and denying insurance because they speak English and I was pleasantly surprised with my visit here. Would definite recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Receptionists were very kind!!!! The doctor spoke amazing English and was so patient listening to my experience and answering all my questions. Also the pills were all cheaper than I expected so the prices were very fair and insurance was accepted! I am pretty fluent in Japanese but this felt much more comfortable to discuss my personal experiences in English!
I will definitely go again!! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is good if you are looking for a place that conveniently dispenses birth control pills.
English speaking personnel was available when I went.
I spent about 30 minutes for the consultation (including waiting time and consultation).
They seem to only have two pills available: Marvelon and Triquilar.
What’s great after the first consultation is that you can just drop by to get x number of sheets you need and it takes less than a 10 minute wait.
Or even better, they can send it to you via post for a fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them a thousand stars if GG let me do it! Highly recommend you guys, they have a really nice and sweet foreign nurse! You guys don’t have to worry about “can not speak Japanese” the doctor was also nice and enthusiastic! The fee is much cheaper than the other hospitals, clinic in general!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never thought I'd feel so positive about a gynecological exam. Felt welcomed and put at ease immediately by friendly nurses and the ability to fill out forms in English. I was attended to by an English-speaking nurse and asked if I wanted the curtain open or closed. The doctor spoke perfect English, listened to my concerns, and explained things well. The exam was extremely quick and painless. And they take NHI! Absolutely excellent.
