退去前の物件に対して、客の希望だからって内見も無しで契約するような、看板だけでかいゴミ不動産屋です。
正規の手順を踏んで内見目的で来店した客がバカを見る、ルール無視の仕事をします。
基本的にはそんな事やりませんが、お客様が~とか言い出し、申し込んだお客のせいにします。
普通ならそんな理不尽な申し入れ突っぱねるのが当たり前だと思いませんか？
他に内見しようとしてる客が要ると言う想定すら出来ない浅はかな営業で呆れました。
退去のタイミングに合わせて来店した客は客じゃないって事だと思います。
ここで探すのはやめたほうがいいです。
バカを見るだけです。

電話で問い合わせましたが
折り返しの連絡もなく
こちらから3回連絡しました。
担当者の方は最初から喧嘩腰で、連絡がなかったのでこちらから折り返しました、と
伝えると
こちらは連絡しました！と。
私は履歴では確認できてません、と伝えると
あ、そうですか。と。で、なんですか？と。
この時点で唖然としてしまいましたが
お話をしても会話が進まず、こちらは怒鳴ったりしていないにも関わらず
脅し？脅迫ですか？と。怖い怖いと言われ
私は外出先から人のいる前で連絡していましたが
その方の仰るような言葉遣いはしておらず
あまりにも常軌を逸したおかしな対応にこちらのほうが、どんな人と今、会話しているんだろう、と内心怖かったです。
数千万円の買い物をするときに
利用するような会社ではないと思いました。
地元の不動産会社ですが
他の方の評判も悪いです。
もし利用されるならそのことを
念頭に入れておいたほうがよいと思います。
決して普通の不動産会社ではないと
個人の感想ですが思いました。
