y	y yamato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 図面ばかりで現場を知らない事務所。日当たりの良い土地に日差しの入らない冬寒く、夏暑い家ができました。建築関係の法や長期優良住宅等特典系もほとんど知らないのに知った口で話すので信じてしまい、後々言ってることと違うじゃないかということが多発し、従来の制度の恩恵も受けられないと知りました。不備がありすぎ、第三者の建築士に相談したところ、設計がギリギリラインだ、僕ならこうはしない等指摘がかなりありました。プロとして基礎から勉強しなおすべきだと思います。建てたら建てっぱなしで、どうですか等のフォローも一切なく、こちらからの不具合の報告にも見にきてもくれず、大丈夫だと思いますと電話のみ。本当に現場には本当に足を運ばれないのですね。お金を支払い工期が終わると対応してくれず、施主はお金にしかみえてないのでしょうか。一生をかけて建てた家なのにとても残念におもいます。とても高い勉強代になりました。 An office that does not know the site with only drawings.
