経営者本人なんで毎日通ってます。日に日に胸板が厚くなって来ました。ここで筋トレしてプロテインをグビグビ飲んでるからですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体験で行った時のスクワットで次の日に凄く筋肉痛が来たのですが、それが効かせられているとわかり、少しでも引き締まった体を手に入れたいと思い通っています。今では、トレーナーのアドバイス従いながら、効かせながら前回より思い重量をあげれていくことにハマっています。食事の指導や、適切なアドバイスの下での筋トレにより少しづつ体が締まって行っている実感を持てています。トレーナーさんも話しやすいので、毎回アッという間に時間が過ぎていきます。
