★ ★ ★ ★ ★ セオサイクルで購入した自転車には非常に丁寧な対応ですが、それ以外は、時には、言い捨てて終わりなど酷い対応をされました。気のせいかと思っていたら、何度もされたので、セオサイクル市川店の店員は、客を色目で見てといるとしか今は感じません。少し遠くても、市川駅北口の先にある店に行きます。こちらは、フレンドリーで、セオサイクル市川北口店の店員さんは、正反対で非常に親切・丁寧・親身でした。

パンクした自転車を修理してもらおうと持っていった所声をかけても無反応「あれ？聞こえなかったのかな？」と思い大きな声でもう一度「すいませーん！」と言ったら「あのさ、今修理中なの見てわからない？w」と鼻で笑うように言われました。
まぁ、店員も人間ですし何か気に入らんことがあって八つ当たりしてるのかな…と大人の対応でスルーしなんとか修理依頼までこぎつけました
「時間かかるので直ったら呼びますね〜」と言われたので「そうですか。ではお願いしますね」と電話番号を渡して店内を後にしましたその後１時間…２時間…と時間が立ち電話が一切来ない！一体どうなってんだと思い店に来てみると店の外に完璧に治った自分の自転車があってがっくり…
文句をいう気力も起きずさっさと店を出ようと修理代を聞いたら5000円もぼったくられました、前回修理した時は3,000円だったのに何が違うのか理解不能
その後２週間ほどでタイヤはまたパンクしました、修理したはずの同じ部分でした。
客は分からないことを良い事に横柄な態度で接客し金をせびる悪徳店です。 サービスは悪い、腕も悪い、こんな店に行くくらいなら自分で直したほうが精神的にも経済的にもいいと思います
「お客様だぞ！金払ってるんだから丁寧に接客しろ！」こんな事はいいません、ただ敬語で話している人間に対してタメ口で上から目線という態度はダメでしょう、仮にも社会人で金銭が絡む商売人がしていい態度ではないと思います。

When I asked for the repair fee to leave the shop without complaining, I was struck by 5,000 yen, when I repaired the last time it was 3,000 yen but I can not understand what is different
About two weeks later, the tires were punctured again, the same part that should have been repaired.
It is an unscrupulous shop where customers don't know what is good and they treat customers with a arrogant attitude and swear money. Service is bad, skill is bad, I think that it is better mentally and economically if you go to such a store by yourself
“It ’s a customer! I ’m paying for it, so I ’ll pay you carefully!” This is not good, but it ’s not good for people who are speaking in honorifics. I don't think it's a good attitude for merchants with money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンクかと思って相談しに行ったら、丁寧に説明してくれてちょちょっと見てくれ後にたぶん空気抜けてるだけだと思うからと、空気しっかり入れてくれてこれでもダメだったら来てくださいと対応してくださいました。
いきなり行ったのにテキパキと見てくれた上に丁寧な接客で、本当に空気が抜けていただけですぐ快適に使えて良かったです！

ここに行くなら遠くても他の自転車屋さんに行くべきかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の口コミにあるように接客態度が非常に良くないです。２箇所品質確認&修理（メーカーに問い合わせの上、保証してくれるか品質確認も兼ねて）を依頼しましたが、一箇所については全く説明もなく、こちらが問い合わせるまで一切説明もありません。説明といっても「保証対象外なので」の一言。もう二度と行きません。遠くても違うお店に行きます。
修理をお願いする前に、若い男性スタッフに、タイヤの溝がなくなってきていたので交換時期を聞いてみると「繊維が見えてきたら」と言われました。子供乗せ自転車ですが、繊維が見えるほどタイヤを使用した時が交換時期なのでしょうか？私は自転車の素人なので、適切な交換時が分かりませんが、驚きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日丁寧で親身な対応をしてもらったためレビューを書きにきたが、ほかの悪いレビューを見てびっくりした。
自分が修理をしてもらった時は丁寧に相談に乗ってくださり、修理依頼箇所以外の調子も簡単に見てくれました。
とても気の良い親切な若い青年でした。
不具合があった箇所についての素人の質問にも嫌な顔せずに丁寧に答えてくれましたし、他の客の在庫が無いパーツも、念のため2号店にあるか聞いてみましょうか？と確認してあげてました。
この店舗には主に月曜と火曜にいるそうです。
