2ヶ月近くも経ってから「この店舗で対応できない為他店舗へ行ってくれ」とメーカー側から連絡があったが、修理も出来る技術もないのに修理店舗として名乗る不誠実さと対応の遅さに唖然としました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度行っても気持ちの良い対応を受けたことがない。ある時はパンク修理のため1時間後に取りに来てくださいと。取りに戻ったところ修理代が8000円近く。事前の説明ではパンク修理とのことだったのに、勝手にタイヤ交換をしたそう。それも1番高いタイヤに。話が違うと言っても、もう交換してしまったのでとのこと。近所のため、何かと利用しているがもう行けません。だけどいつ行ってもお客はいるので、人によって対応変えるのかな。最悪です、他へ行きましょう。
