K	Kazuya Akanuma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山のキャビアと言われるとんぶりから始まって、秋田の郷土料理をたっぷり満喫できます。鳥はもちろん比内地鶏です。ちなみに「どんこ」があったのが個人的には一番うれしかったです。身がたっぷり詰まったどんこは岩手の祖父母で食べた食事を思い出させてくれます。〆はもちろんしょっつる鍋。ハタハタの魚醤で食べる鍋は独特のコクと旨味があってやはりとても美味。ハタハタも卵がたっぷり詰まったメスと、身がしまって美味しいオスが入っていてちょっとした食べくらべも。秋田の郷土料理が気軽に新橋で食べられるオススメのお店です。 Starting with the tomb, which is said to be mountain caviar, you can fully enjoy the local cuisine of Akita. 瘋	瘋癲のひろさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田の郷土料理を味わえる創業35年のアットホームな隠れ名店。女将さんや料理人の人柄が最高でいつも満席で何を食べても本当に旨い。隠れ屋みたいな感じで、通りで看板を見つけたら階段を下に降りてすぐあります。カウンター4席に座敷2箇所と小ぶりですが油断するとすぐ満席になるので予約がベター。料理がうまいのは言わずもがなとして、食材のチョイスや品質の良さがダントツで、肉系は鮮度がいいので脂もしつこくなく白レバーなんかを食べてもいっさいの臭みなし。魚は当然新鮮でイカもこりっこりで、本まぐろも上質な味わいがホンモノを感じさせます。ちょっとした料理にいっさいの手抜きなく、お通しから始まり、えびしんじょう、かにしんじょうの美味しさと来たらもう最高に仕事の細かさが伺えます。日本酒も秋田のものが沢山置いてあり、オススメもしてくれます。幻のお酒に出会えるかも知れません。そして素敵な出会いもあるお店なので新橋に来たら是非立ち寄っていただくことをオススメします。 A cozy hidden restaurant that has been in business for 35 years and offers Akita's local cuisine.
