付近の駐車場は安くそちらに止めた方がいいです。
料金表示もわかりずらく、料金所の看板に上に小さく書いており、半日とめただけで5000円取られました。
良心的じゃなく最低です。
ネットで料金について調べてもでてこなく

道路挟んだ北西側にある長野市の立体駐車も30分無料ですから、混んでる時はそちらをお勧めです

ロータリーの進行方向に沿って前向き駐車する形式で、一般車用が８区画、障がい者用が１区画です。
なお、３０分まで無料ですが、買い物などで使うとすれば、時間がかかると思いますから、入庫３０分以降は３０分ごとに３００円ずつの加算となり、高額ですからご留意ください。
