移転後初めての入店で、背脂ラーメンとトマトチャーシューご飯を注文。 相変わらずトマトチャーシューご飯が絶品で、ラーメンもとても美味しくて満足できました。 ごちそうさまです。
I ordered backfat ramen and tomato char siu rice for the first time after moving. As usual, the tomato char siu rice was excellent, and the ramen was very delicious and I was satisfied. Thanks for the meal.

とろっとろのチャーシューとザクザク玉ねぎ、硬さと柔らかさの両方の食感を楽しめる素晴らしいラーメンでした。 トマトチャーシュー丼は丁度良い酸味と塩味の絶品でした。これだけひたすら食べてもいい。 近くだったらリピートするお店。

ランチ時に入店。空きは少々。 煮干しの中華そばをいただきました。 駅前に移転してからは初めてきました。 味が薄くなったのでしょうか。なんとも味気ない感じに。 看板のまぜそばはまた次回…があればいただきます。

本日は「中華そば生姜」に味玉とチャーシューをトッピングしました。 生姜を注文したのでそれなりの生姜風味を期待しましたが、チャーシューの上にちょこっと乗っかっていただけで、基本のスープは生姜風味ゼロでした。まあそれでもまあまあ美味しかったです。 麺は中細ストレート麺でこちらは良かったです。チャーシューは普通。味玉は味が濃すぎてかなりしょっぱかったです。これはかなり残念。接客は良かったです。 ごちそうさまでした。

駅前立地ながら広くてオシャレで綺麗な店内でした。店内に自販機があるのが意外でした。 ラーメンは生姜をチョイス。醤油ベースの中華そばにおろし生姜を混ぜて食べると絶品。チャーシューも柔らかくて美味しかったです。 近くに寄る際はまたリピートしたいなと思いました!

【2109訪問】 9/1に志村三丁目駅前に移転したという此方。平日昼前訪問で空席ありでしたが12時過ぎるとすぐに数人の並びになっていました。メニューは中華そばの生姜/煮干し/背脂と味噌。下調べの時には背脂が気になっていましたが左上の法則から生姜をポチリ。 店内は17席らしく結構な広さで奥に製麺室があります。調理風景を眺めているとチャーシューを都度切っていて期待してしまいます。そうこうしているうちに到着。 大振りなチャーシュー2枚にメンマ/青菜/ネギ/ナルトとオーソドックスな具材。生姜はチャーシューの上に添えられています。スープを啜るとまろやかな鶏の旨味とキレのある醤油が良いバランス。自家製麺はややモチで丸断面の中太ストレート。小麦の風味も残しつつやや濃いめのスープにバッチリ合います。チャーシューは味付け濃いめでホロホロ。麺と一緒に食べるとこれまた絶品。途中で生姜を溶かしてもまた違う味わいで美味しい。思ったより生姜の辛味が少なく主に風味を感じられる程よい味変になります。他の2種類の味も気になるし何より賽の目チャーシューとトマト/ネギのトマトごはんがめちゃめちゃ美味しそうだったのでまた来たいと思います。ここのチャーシューでご飯を食べたら絶対に美味しいに決まってますもの。 そういや壁にジャコパストリアスのポスターが貼っていましたが店主の好みなのかしら。 It is soy sauce ramen with grated ginger. 生姜ラーメンを頂きました。『ほ〜っ、なるほど…(言葉が続かない)』となる、初めまして!のお味で比較となる店が無い唯一感たっぷりのラーメンでした。個人的にはスープ自体にもう少しコクがあっても良いかな?と思いましたが、店長さんのこだわりと、生姜ラーメンはこんな感じなんだなと勉強になる味でした。ご馳走様でした。
I had ginger ramen. "Hmm, I see ... (words don't last)", nice to meet you! It was the only ramen with a lot of feeling that there was no store to compare with the taste. Is it okay for the soup itself to be a little richer? I thought, but the store manager's commitment and ginger ramen tasted like this. It was a treat.

It will definitely sound like a crazy thing to say, but the best part of my meal at a ramen shop was a bowl of diced tomato and pork over rice. And that pretty much sums up my ramen experience here — It was horrendous. Broth was shockingly bland which made me wonder if the chef forgot to put tare (ramen sauce) in my bowl. Pork chashu was tender but WAY too salty like if 5 tons of salt went into the chashu marinade. Noodles were made in-house and they did have a good texture, but they did not mesh with the broth. Well since the broth was flavorless, would there be any types of noodles that pair well with it? I don’t think so.
