受付の人肘付きながら「〇〇っすか?」て話し方だった。飛沫防止があるから近くに寄って話したんだろーけど新人にしろ新人じゃないにしろ語尾が気になる。気にならない人も居るけど。タイヤ安いのでいいんですけど、どの辺ですか?と聞いたところ並んでたやつの高い方案内された。悪いわけではないけども安いのでいいのでせめてこちらか、こちら、とか数点案内してほしかった。オススメかどーかわからなかったけどなぜコレ…とおもったしまった。

評価が高かったので期待して立ち寄ったが接客が期待外れでした… かなりガタイの良い店員さんに商品について聞いたら「ウチは販売しているだけで商品の説明やアドバイスは出来ないです、ここにいる店員は誰も出来ないですよ」とまで言われて突き放された… 店内メンテナンス場があって頼んで待っているお客さんにも聞かれたら同じことを言うのだろうか… かなり空いていたのにお客さんによって態度を変える店員さんだったのか、面倒くさいからだったのかは分からないですが、だいぶ下の口コミ同様酷いあしらい方でした。 店員さんによってアタリハズレがある印象ですね。 正直ガッカリしました… ここに書いても一年前同様に改善されるとは思えないですが参考程度に見てください。

先日こちらで新品のタイヤを買い、その場で交換してもらいました。 先に支払いを済ませ作業がおわってから家に帰り改めてレシートを確認したら「窒素ガス充填」の記載があり料金は2200円取られてました 事前の説明も一切無く、自分からも一言も何も言って無いのに勝手に充填されてたようです(笑)まったく非常に気分が悪い 詐欺に近いですよね。これから交換されるかたは確認をしっかりとしてください。 (追記。クレームを出したところ、店舗側の説明不足とのことで非を認めてもらい、チッソガス充填代金は返金して頂きました。)

毎回女性スタッフの接客が最悪です。 予約して行ったのに入ってなくて30分も待たされました。 そのあとスタッフ同士で陰口してて本当に性格悪いです。 以前タイヤ交換した時も人が多かったので声を掛けたあと待ってたんですけど「待ってください(怒)」ってイライラをぶつけられてそのあともレジでは説明などもなくお金だけ要求されて酷かったです。 本当にここのオートバックスは使いたくないです

よだっていう女性店員ほんとに最悪。こっちがいろいろ聞きすぎたのも悪いのかな?って思うけど、質問に被せて答えてくるのは、なに?人をイラつかせる才能あり。前回聞いた話と違うと言っても、それはそれなんでって…。前回もこの人に当たったけど、その時も女性店員がイライラしてて、混んでたからまぁまぁって見逃したけど、今回はもう人誰もいなかったよ?できれば安くしたいなーとか、そういった相談は絶対この女性店員にしない方がいい。ほんとにむかついた。ちなみに、ワイパーも今日変えますって言ってないのに、勝手に外されて、勝手に選ばれて、勝手に会計始めてた笑 びっくりだわ。
