もれなくビールが付いてきた（笑）

今回はsetでミニ丼つき¥1000でしたが次回はチャーシュー丼¥450いこうかな。
餃子は香りにクセがあり、ちと苦手です。
やっぱりチャーシュー丼うまい！

お店のガラスがフルスモークに近いので
近寄って覗かないと混み具合が全く分かりません。
営業の有無は扉に「営業中」の貼り紙があります。
座席は10席くらいで一応壁側に待機席がありますが
通路が狭いのでコロナ禍では外で待ってた方がいいかも知れません。
暑い日だったので冷やし中華を注文しました。
よくある酢の効いたかけダレではなく、変わったスープで美味しくいただきました。
ラー油をかけるとさらに美味しかったです。
トイレは和式トイレで荷物置き場はないので
女性の方などご注意ください。
店を出た目の前に吸い殻入れがありますので
喫煙者はそこで喫煙できます。

ラーメンは味濃いめのスープが最後まで熱くて、麺は細い縮れ麺です。
チャーシューはロースで脂身が少なくハムのような食感です。

まずはお酒と餃子からスタートです。これが好印象。お店も古いけど掃除が行き届いています。店員さん同士もあうんの作業。
となれば色々と美味しいに違いありません。
ちゃんとセットがあったのでそちらを。常連さんと思しき方々がチャーシュー丼(ミニ)を注文されていたので、私もそちらをチョイス。
大当たりでした。
しかし後悔もしました。
全然ミニじゃなーい。
しかもご飯が多いのではなく、チャーシューが多いやつ。
チャーシュー好きにとっては嬉しい誤算でした。

とんこく醤油、チャーシュー丼ミニ、クリアアサヒ。これで1,000円は安い！
ラーメンは普通に美味しいです。
スープは醤油強めの豚骨。麺は細め縮れ、チャーシューは脂身少なめですが味付けしっかりでうまい。ワカメが多くていいですね。
チャーシュー丼が以外とウマイ！タレが甘めでいいお味。ご飯にもタレがかかっていてサイコー。ビールにも合う。
お店はやってるかどうかもわかりづらくて入りづらいけど中は思ったよりキレイでまさかのオープンキッチンで厨房も年季の割にキレイです。店員さんも感じよし！
たまーに食べたくなる味です。
またきます。

The soup is pork bones with strong soy sauce. The noodles are thin and crispy, and the char siu is less fat, but the seasoning is strong and delicious. It's okay to have a lot of wakame seaweed.
Except for the char siu bowl, it's delicious! The sauce is sweet and has a nice taste. The rice is also dripping and it's great. It goes well with beer.
It's hard to tell if the store is open or not, but it's harder to enter, but the inside is cleaner than I expected, and the kitchen is clean for the season. The clerk also feels good!
It's a taste you'll want to eat once in a while.
I will come again.
