★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普通の町医者の大型版という感じです。内科の担当医師に高齢の家族を最後までみて頂くお願いもしてあったのですが、終わりに来ておかしな対応になり残念でした。入院時の担当医師が突然替わり、コロナで見舞うこともできないでいましたところ、軽い肺炎で自力歩行で入院したものが立てない状態での退院となりました。退院後入所した施設では自立歩行していますとのことでしたので、対応が不適切だったのだろうと思います。病院に介護施設の選択の相談に乗ってもらいました際には、家族の納得できない施設への入所へと押し切られてしまい、後日転居をしなければなりませんでした。また診療科目以外の病気を発症して相談しますと、病院は自分で探して下さいという対応でして、かかりつけの病院としてあてにしていましたので意表を突かれました。但し担当医師変更に至るまでは当時の担当の女医の方が度々の入院時も含めておおむね親切に診て下さり、いくつかの要望にも応えて頂きました。

When I was asked by the hospital to discuss the selection of a long-term care facility, I was forced to move into a facility that my family did not agree with, and I had to move at a later date. Also, when I consulted about an illness other than the medical treatment subject, I was surprised because I was relying on the hospital as my family's hospital because I was asked to find it myself. However, until the change of doctor in charge, the female doctor in charge at that time generally kindly examined me, including when I was hospitalized, and responded to some requests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この病院の医師は、患者の話をろくに聞いてくれず(と言うか聞いてないと言ってもいい)見た目の体型で検査結果を話されました。見当違いも甚だしい医師からの診断結果に、姉と私は「なに言ってるんだ？この人(医師は)？」と呆れて何も言えませんでした…。はっきり言ってヤブ医者です。これでお金が取れるんですから凄いですよね(怒りと呆れ)。これなら初回診療を取られても良いので大きな総合病院に行った方がマシでした。二度とこの病院には行きません。姉は重度の精神疾患を患い、最近やっと精神的にも安定してきた所なのに、心ない酷い言葉を言われて落ち込み、家に帰り部屋に入るなり泣いていました。そして、「太りたくて太った訳じゃないのに…食事療法も運動も頑張っているのに…痩せてないと…ちゃんと診てもらえないんだ…。」と呟いた姉が不憫で怒りが湧きました。こんなことになるなら仕事を休み、早朝から別の総合病院に行けば良かったと私自身も後悔をしています。☆１つとしてつけたくないですが、看護師の方々の優しい対応と言葉に、☆を1つだけ付けさせて頂きます。

If this happens, I regret that I should have taken a break from work and went to another general hospital early in the morning. ☆ I don't want to add one ☆, but I will add only one ☆ to the kind correspondence and words of the nurses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受信する科によると思いますが当たり外れが大きいと思います。
あくまで個人的にですが内科や消化器担当の医院長が一番良かったです。
よく思わなかったのはアレルギーで痰や鼻水が酷くなり耳鼻科で受けましたが、ある先生が何も言わずに器具をガチャガチャ大きい音を立てて、ただ診察して診察後の説明もなしに点滴を打たれました。耳鼻科の担当の方に不満がありました。
その他は比較的よいと思います

膝を負傷し、スポーツへの復帰を危惧していましたが、ここでの検診・リハビリ内容は痛みの場所を特定し、修復を促すよう機械マッサージや各種トレーニングを施してくれ、とても有り難くお世話になりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高校時代の事故の際の輸血が原因で、C型肝炎かもしれない見抜いていただき、当時承認されたばかりのインターフェロン治療を勧していただき、寛解しました。数十年がたち喉の痛みで他の病院で風邪と診断され、良くならないのでこちらの耳鼻科を受診し、即喉頭蓋炎と診断。他の専門病院を紹介いただき事なきを得ました。
私にとってはとても大事な病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約半年まえ、コロナワクチンで問い合わせしたおり、中年女性の対応がひどかた。ケンもホロロ、予約ムリムリ、予約予定ナイナイ。兎に角迷惑そう。
病院は高年齢層でもっているのに、全く自覚がない。
長年通っているし、コロナの前は感じのよい病院と思っていたので残念です。
耳鼻科の看護師さんも、パニック状態で、どちらが患者(お客さん)かわからない有り様。
混乱時の対応が、その病院の実力だと思います。最近、あまりにも患者さんが少ないので、頑張ってください。コロナばかりが原因ではないと思います。
ベテランの女性は、電話に出ないことをお勧めします。
