社殿は天祖神社特有の屋根が横に長く広がった造りでした。
 The approach was a long and beautiful shrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構立派な参道の天祖神社さんです。井戸を使った手水舎と本殿には除菌ジェルが置かれていました。併設している稲荷社には伏見稲荷風に朱塗りの鳥居が複数設置しています。社務所の受付に絵馬は見当たらなかったのですが、葛飾区の南蔵院と同じリラックマの絵馬が掛けられていました。言えば出してくれるのかもしれませんが、もう年末なので新年には掛け換えられるかもしれないので敢えて買いませんでした。新年には絵馬等も大々的に売り出すと思うのでリラックマ好きな方は是非どうぞ。
It's a pretty good approach to Tenso Shrine. A disinfectant gel was placed in the watershed and the main shrine that used the well. There are several vermilion torii gates in Fushimi Inari style at the attached Inari shrine. I couldn't find the votive tablet at the reception desk of the office, but the same Rilakkuma votive tablet as the Nanzoin in Katsushika Ward was hung. Maybe they will give it to me, but I didn't buy it because it's the end of the year and it may be replaced in the new year. I think that votive tablets will be on sale in a big way in the new year, so if you like Rilakkuma, please do.

・1271年、北条重時の五男・時千代が、仏門に入り法圓上人となり、大森に厳正寺を開き、その家臣が蛇窪に住み着いた。
・1333年、厳正寺の僧侶が池の竜神へ雨乞いの祈願したところ、慈雨が降ってきたのでそれに感激した時千代の旧臣らが当地にも神社を勧進し祀り『天祖神社』創建。
・1644〜1667年、蛇窪村が上蛇窪村と下蛇窪村に分かれた際に、天祖神社が下神明天祖神社と上神明天祖神社（蛇窪神社）とに分かれる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雅楽の音が聞こえてきて、覗いてみると、屋台も出ていて、どこか懐かしい雰囲気のお祭りがおこなわれていました。決して大きなお祭りではないですが、雰囲気がよかったです。
When I heard the sound of gagaku and looked into it, there were stalls and a festival with a nostalgic atmosphere was held. It's not a big festival, but the atmosphere was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車御守りを求めて訪れてみました。
バイクラックが3台あり自転車乗りにはありがたい。
神社の敷地はこじんまりとしていますが本殿も境内もとてもきれいでしたし工夫をされてました。
宮司さん(かな？)も社務所で対応してくださった方もとても気さくに声をかけていただいてよかったです。
御朱印もいただけますが初穂料は決まっておらず『お気持ちで』と自分で決めてお納めするスタイルで、良心的。
I visited for a bicycle amulet.

芸事上達御守り、お顔がユニークで思わず買ってしまいました。
「雑面（ぞうめん）」（←千と千尋にも出てくる布のお面みたいなやつ）がモチーフで、お顔２種類、紐2色（緑、赤）の計４種。
習い事の上達にもご利益あるそうです。
自転車御守りがあったり、自転車で巡る「ツールド御朱印」をやったりされているようです。
自転車の空気入れやトラブル対応用工具も用意してあるようで、
「仏式（フランス式）、米式（アメリカ式）対応ポンプあります。スポーツタイプの自転車の方、工具などもお貸し出しします。お困りの方社務所までお申し出ください。（チューブご相談ください）」
と書かれていました。
