★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 神戸市内､阪神間に６軒在る｢マルヤ｣の総本山､神戸市湊川に在る｢洋食 マルヤ本店｣へ行ってきました！
他所のマルヤとは違い､三代目が跡を継ぎ､店舗をリニューアルした２０１４年からは洋食専門店となりましたが､昔の名残としてメニューに残るぎょうざが人気のお店でも在ります
洋食店でぎょうざて食べるのは初めて､洋食店でメニューにぎょうざが在るのも此処ぐらいではないでしょうか？
ぎょうざは先にタレが掛かっていて神戸独特の味噌ダレが添えて在り､底はカリっと､包みめはツルンっとした美味しいぎょうざです
オムライスは､半熟のオムレツを食べる直前に割って広げるタイプと薄焼き玉子で包み込んだ昔乍らのタイプが選べます
玉子もケチャップライスも控えめな味で､たっぷりのデミグラスソースで戴くタイプ
チキンカツは､薄く伸ばした大判でサクサク揚り加減が堪りません
I went to "Western food Maruya main store" in Minatogawa, Kobe city, the headquarter of "Maruya" which is located between 6 houses in Kobe city and Hanshin!
Unlike Maruya in other places, the third generation took over and became a Western food specialty store from 2014 when the store was renewed, but Gyoza that remains on the menu as a remnant of the old days is also a popular store.
It's the first time I've eaten gyoza at a Western restaurant, and I think it's about here that there is gyoza on the menu at a Western restaurant.
The gyoza is a delicious gyoza with a sauce that is hung on the tip and is accompanied by miso sauce peculiar to Kobe, the bottom is crispy, and the wrapping is smooth.
For omelet rice, you can choose between a type that is split and spread just before eating a soft-boiled omelet, and a type that is wrapped in a thinly baked egg.
Both eggs and ketchup have a modest taste, and are served with plenty of demiglace sauce.
The chicken cutlet is a large, thinly stretched chicken cutlet that is crispy and unbearable.

こういう洋食屋さんはライスも美味しいですね(^^)

冬は、入り口が開く度に寒いので、奥の席を確保した方が良いですね。
冷凍の餃子(2人前¥500-)をお持ち帰り出来ます。ピリ辛の味噌だれで旨し。
Even if the rice is served normally, it will be served with a dawn. Attention is required.
In winter, it's cold every time the entrance opens, so it's better to secure a seat in the back.
You can take away frozen dumplings (¥ 500- for 2 people). Delicious with spicy miso sauce.

Lランチと瓶ビールキリンラガーを頂きました。
オムレツとエビフライにハーフポークチャッブ、ライスにスープが付いて950
バターが効いてどれも美味しく頂きました。
I wanted to eat Western food in the city, so I visited Maruya in Minatogawa.
I had L lunch and bottled beer Kirin lager.
Half pork chubs on omelet and fried shrimp, soup on rice 950
The butter worked and they were all delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日のお昼ご飯は洋食のマルヤさんに行って来ました、前から気になっていたので、店内はワリと広いと感じました、結構、綺麗にしてました、店員さんは普通だと思います、注文はWトンカツを頼みました、10分丁度で到着、トンカツは柔らかくデミグラスソースによく合ってました、ご飯をお代わりしました、が、お代わりは有料だそうです、大盛りにしておくベキでした、全体的には美味しく感じました。また立ち寄りたく思います。料金はお代わり分合わせて1250円でした。
