老朽化も雰囲気の一部になってて、良い感じに。この素材を生かしたイベントとかあったら良いですね?
映画館やライブハウスとかもあるみたいです❗
ガイドブックには紹介されないけど、知る人ぞ知る神戸の下町スポット‼️
Directly connected from the municipal subway Minatogawa Koen Station, underground? Or the third floor? What is an interesting structure? ️
Aging has become part of the atmosphere, and it feels good. It would be nice if there was an event that made use of this material.
There seems to be movie theaters and live houses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 戦後暫くまで神戸の中心が新開地〜湊川周辺にあったことの名残りが感じられる骨董品的な(^^)小さな飲食、飲み屋他の商業ビル。頻繁に行くことはないがリーズナブル且つ気軽に利用できる庶民感は昭和世代にしてみれば何とも味わい深いですね。???????☆
An antique (^^) small restaurant, bar and other commercial buildings where you can feel the remnants of the fact that the center of Kobe was around Shinkaichi-Minatogawa until a while after the war. I don't go there often, but the feeling of the common people, which is reasonably priced and easy to use, is very tasty for the Showa generation. ??????? ☆

昭和のまんまの気取らない下町の商店街であり、新開地と湊川商店街の真ん中に位置する時間が止まったような素晴らしい景色の商店街です。
It is a DEEP underground shopping mall under Minatogawa Park.
It is a shopping street in the unpretentious downtown area of the Showa era, and is located in the middle of Shinkaichi and Minatogawa shopping streets, with a wonderful view as if time had stopped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ショッピングモール、としてMapでは分類されていますが、ショッピングモールではありません。居酒屋、大衆中華、焼肉、バー、ライブハウス、（音楽）スタジオ、カラオケスナックなどが入った、大き目の雑居ビル、と言った方が実態に近いかと思います。
★建物はかなり古く、昭和レトロ的雰囲気が濃く漂っています。また、ウナギの寝床的に長く、内部は思ったより広いです。
★入っている店舗はおおむね安くて楽しめる大衆的なお店のように見えます（一部しか訪問していないので保証は出来ませんが・・・）。ここ十年ぐらいの間に、音楽好きの方たちが集まる、こぢんまりしたライブバーが沢山この中に出来て、何と言うか、ライブバー村のような様相を呈して来ました。
★ Although it is classified as a shopping mall on the Map, it is not a shopping mall. I think it's closer to the reality of a large multi-tenant building with izakaya, popular Chinese, yakiniku, bars, live houses, (music) studios, karaoke snacks, and more.
★ The building is quite old and has a strong Showa retro atmosphere. Also, the eel's bed is long, and the inside is wider than I expected.
★ The stores that are in the store look like popular stores that are cheap and enjoyable (although I can't guarantee it because I have only visited some of them ...). Over the last decade or so, a lot of small live bars have been created in this area where music lovers gather, and it looks like a live bar village.
