★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 丁寧な料理を作る昔ながらのコックさんオーナーシェフのお店です。
料理の値段と材料費に挟まれ原価率で苦労されておられるんだろうなぁと感じさせる料理ですが、そこはシェフの腕でカバーして客を満足させる料理に仕上げておられます。
個人的には25年前から続いている投稿画像の料理が大好きです。
 It is a shop of a traditional cook owner chef who makes polite dishes.
It is a dish that makes you feel that you are struggling at the cost rate between the price of ingredients and the cost of ingredients, but it is covered with chef's arms and finished to satisfy customers.
I personally love the dishes that have been posted for 25 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいと聞いてたオムライスがイマイチの味でした。
フワフワ玉子が上からおおいかぶさってるイメージがあったのですが下敷き玉子の上に焼き飯みたいな感じでガックリしました。
The omelet rice that I heard was delicious was not good.
I had the image that the fluffy egg was covered from above, but I was disappointed with the feeling like fried rice on the underlay egg.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラビオリの包み揚げがすごく美味しかったです。感動。ビーフシチューも日本人向けの優しい味で濃すぎずたくさん食べれます。メニューに創意工夫が感じられ、店員さんも親切でまた行きたいです。
The fried ravioli was very delicious. Impressed. Beef stew is also a gentle taste for Japanese people and you can eat a lot without being too thick. I can feel the ingenuity in the menu, and the clerk is kind and I want to go again.

ちょっと今まで食べた事のないようなお味と
ひとクセあるメニュー(笑)
オーソドックスな洋食屋さんが好きな人には
“不思議”かも?
◆ラビオリの包み揚げ
◆ビーフリヨンハンバーグ
◆地中海風スパゲッティー
一番想像を覆されたのはスパゲッティー。
スープタイプの極細麺で、スパゲッティーというよりは“トマト風味のにゅうめん”て感じ?
(あったかいカペッリーニは初めてでした)
バイトさんが遅刻らしく、店主さん１人だったのでテンパっておられたのか、オーダーしてから30分たってやっとドリンク登場。
さらに間が悪く、テイクアウトのお弁当を10コぐらい仕上げておられたので(コロナやから仕方ないよね) にしても…
お料理が出てきたのは入店からおよそ１時間後?

Spaghetti was the most overwhelming.
It's a soup-type extra-fine noodle, and it feels more like "tomato-flavored noodles" than spaghetti ?
(It was my first time to have a warm capellini)
It seems that the part-time job was late, and the owner was the only one, so maybe he was tempered, and 30 minutes after ordering, the drink finally appeared.
It was even worse, and I had finished about 10 take-out lunch boxes (I can't help it from Corona), but ...
The food came out about an hour after entering the store ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小さいお店やけど、清潔でシェフの丁寧な料理へのこだわりがよく感じられます。奥さんも感じいいよ。
ランチの時に食べるおじやが最高に美味。粉チーズと特製にんにくソースたっぷりかけて食べたら至福の時です?
但し、メインがご飯ものの時はおじや出来ないから要注意。
夜のメニューも値段以上の価値がある味です。
マスターの人柄も最高にいいです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兵庫の洋食の名店。じっくり煮込まれたタンシチューやビーフシチューはとても美味しい。鉄板で提供されるオムライスも絶品。
A famous Western restaurant in Hyogo. Slowly stewed tongue stew and beef stew are very delicious. The omelet rice served on the iron plate is also excellent.
