住んでいた時から対応の杜撰さには正直驚いていました。
極めつけは退去時で、何様なんだという態度。
社員の教育なんて欠片もしてないんでしょうね。
もう少し柔らかく対応できれば特に可もなく不可もなくなのに、もったいないですね。

契約（引き渡し）時はチャラい感じでしたが、管理対応もいい加減です。
結果の伴わない管理を継続して管理費を取るのだから管理会社としては底辺も底辺。
扱う不動産も同程度と考えるのが妥当です。
この会社が管理業務を外注してたとしても外注に対する管理責任を十分に果たせてるとは思えません。
