青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年7月12日(日)にキッチンサカナヤを訪れました。お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席がありコンパクトです。客層は老若男女幅広く、ランチタイムに訪れた時には混み合っていました。店内では洋楽が流れていました。テーブル席に着くと冷たい水が出されました。お店の人のにこやかな接客も良いです。ランチのミックスフライを食しました。税込1050円でした。サラダ、ライスかパン、コーヒーか紅茶がつきます。ライスとアイスコーヒーを選びました。ミックスフライは、海老フライ、イカフライ、アジフライ、メンチカツで、タルタルソースとレモンが添えられていました。海老フライは頭と尻尾の部分が香ばしく、身は味わいがあって食べ応えがあります。イカフライはやわらかくほどよい弾力があります。アジフライは肉厚であり、メンチカツはジューシーで旨味がたっぷりです。ライスは少し柔らかめに炊かれていて食が進みます。サラダは、レタスとトマトに爽やかな酸味があり塩梅が良いドレッシングがかけられていました。食後に出されたアイスコーヒーは、酸味が少なく苦味があり、香ばしさが効いているものでした。大変に美味しかったです。 I visited Kitchen Sakurana on Sunday, July 12, 2020.
