対応依頼しても連絡しますと言われてから1週間無視されて苦情の電話を入れたらようやく工事業者がきた
その場では直せないので部品取り替えなどすぐ対応しますと言われて、また連絡ないまま3週間放置
とにかくひどいの一言
管理がここの物件はやめた方がいいです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廊下でいたずらする子供を注意したことから住人トラブルになりました。最終的にこちらが悪者にされ、保証人に弁護士を使って追い出すとまで言われました。その他に対応出来ないような怖い人も何度も来て、
泣く泣く出て行きました。ちなみに退去時は床にタンスなどの跡、クロスの染みなどは全室張替になります。
