★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新鮮な魚が市場から届く。絶対冷凍は使わないそう。大将が一人で調理し、気さくな女将さんが対応してます。日本酒も種類があり、各魚にあった銘柄を勧めてくれます。

美味しい魚へのこだわりは、ワサビや生姜や塩にも現れています。
ワサビも生姜も塩も香りが良い。旨い！
お刺身も美味しいですが、私のお勧めは焼魚です。カマスの塩焼き・秋鮭・桜鯛、どれも焼き加減が絶妙でした。次は干物を食べたいです。
