★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日11時半ころ訪問。まだ席に空きがあった。券売機で特製鶏塩拉麺を選択、空いているテーブルに着席。
入口に手指用アルコール、テーブルにはアクリルパネル、室内は空気清浄機があった。客が退席した後はしっかりと清掃していた。コロナ対策は万全ですね。
着席してほどなく配膳。スープをひと啜り。サッパリしながら鶏の旨味がしっかりと出ている。…旨い。麺は小麦感が少な目だが、このスープには合うと思う。具は豚バラチャーシュー、低温調理された鶏チャーシュー、味玉、穂先メンマなどの充実ぶりで味も申し分ない。
久々にスープまで完飲。
ちなみに一緒に来た妻は貝塩拉麺(特製)を注文していたのでスープを一口いただいてた。貝の旨みコハク酸がしっかりと出ていて、こちらも旨い！
全体的にいい仕事をされていますが、もう少しだけお値段が安いと言うことなしです。
また来たいです。ごちそうさまでした。

本日は幸手から五霞町を通り、加須市にある心羽に辿り着いた。
以前から行きたいと思っており、昼時にちょうど上樋遣川で終わったのはちょうど良かった。
券売機横には限定10食の中濃鷄塩拉麺の文字が。初めて来た店ではオーソドックスな物をチョイスするが、冒険してみる。相棒にはランチセットAをお供につける。
意外にも待ちなく入れたが、5分もすると続々とドリフター達が来る。
まずは半ライスと水餃子が到着。いつだってヒーローは遅れてやってくる。
程なくしてラーメン参上。
濃厚な鶏白湯の香りが食欲を刺激する。最近流行りの低音チャーシューと角切り玉ねぎ。ニンニクチップ。分葱。
チャーシューの柔らかくも力強い旨味。シャキシャキする玉ねぎとザクザクとしたニンニクチップの歯触りが、心地よい。
今日歯医者だったけど、スープまで完飲。
ニンニク臭ぶちまけながら行きます。
麺の量は気持ち少なめ。健全な男子であれば迷わず大盛りにする事をオススメ致します。

鶏ガラ塩のスープです。スープ自体は満点チャーシューも柔らかく最高！！汁完させていただきました。
しかしスープが繊細なのになぜかネギが多くネギを食べるとスープの香りが消えてしまう。
麺はラーメンの麺というより全粒粉のちょっと太めのそーめんなのがかなり残念なので★３つにさせていただきました。
ラーメンにするとスープに対して、麺がでしゃばってしまうのかわかりませんが店主の考えでこの麺にしているのだと思います。
チャーシュー丼は臭わないニンニクを使っているのか、ネギの辛味やニンニクのでしゃばり具合はさほど気にならなく美味しかったです。
次は貝ダシのラーメン食べたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祝日12時半ごろ訪問しました。カウンターの１席を除いて満席でした。食券を購入、券売機左上の鶏そば塩820円を購入、そのままカウンターの空席に案内されました。5分程で着ラー、麺は中太麺、スープはさっぱりで日頃家系ラーメンや二郎系などに慣れた方々には薄味に感じるかも知れませんが旨味があって美味しい塩味です。豚チャーシュー、鷄チャーシューが一枚ずつ入っていて厚みも十分です。メンマが塩味のスープに合っていて絶妙でした。なんと言っても麺屋を名乗る程ですので麺がしっかり歯応えがあり美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本日は、埼玉県の麺屋 心羽(ここは)に行って来ました。お店は飲み屋かと思うような外観で、素通りしそうになってしまいました?ラーメンの味は塩がメインで、オーダーしたのが「ちょっと美味しい塩拉麺」にしてみました。?麺はやや細麺のストレート麺で食べやすく、スープもとても澄んでいて、さっぱりとした味で飲みやすく、とてもハイレベルなラーメンでした。それにコロナ感染対策もしっかりしていて、安心で食べに行けたので、次回もまた行きたいと思いました。ご馳走様でした。?
