大きい車では控えたほうご良いでしょう。
南側から北側には行けません。
山頂手前から道が有りません。

You cannot go from the south to the north.
There is no road from just before the summit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下日野側から40～50分かけて登りました。道中はほとんどが細く急峻な荒れ道で、所々崩れかけている所があります。補助にロープが設置してある場所もあり、グローブは持っていった方が良いと思います。下日野側駐車場から子王山頂上までは約1㎞ほどです。駐車場付近には熊出没注意の警告板がありました。
It took 40 to 50 minutes to climb from the Shimohino side. Most of the road is narrow and steep, and there are places where it is about to collapse. There are places where ropes are installed as an aid, so I think it is better to bring gloves. It is about 1 km from the parking lot on the Shimohino side to the summit of Mt. Koo. There was a warning board near the parking lot to warn bears.

高崎前橋方面と赤城山が眼下に広がっています。
二千階段は普通に整備された登山道です。石の階段とかでは無いです。
動きやすい格好と水分忘れずに。駐車場から高低差約200mあります。
The scenery is good.
The direction of Takasaki Maebashi and Mt. Akagi are spreading below.
The 2,000 stairs are a normally maintained mountain trail. It's not a stone staircase.
Don't forget the easy-to-move appearance and moisture. There is a height difference of about 200m from the parking lot.

平井城を取り巻く地域城のひとつですが、頂上付近は平場のほか堀切が１か所確認できます。尾根の遺構は確認は困難です。
高山が高所の集落で外的の侵入を困難であることを考えると、烽火や監視を目的としていたと考えるのが、妥当かもしれません。
The view is good but the direction is limited.
It is one of the regional castles surrounding Hirai Castle, but in the vicinity of the summit you can check one other Horibari besides Hiraba. It is difficult to confirm the remains of the ridge.
Given that it is difficult for Takayama to invade outside at high altitudes, it may be reasonable to think that the purpose was to have a bonfire or surveillance.

かなり急で、かつ一段の高さが高く、とても登りずらいです。
頂上は、藤岡が見渡せ、予想以上に高く、見晴らしいいです。
しだれ桜と山ツツジがキレイでした。
日野からの道路は狭く急で、木の枝や竹のトンネルで、乗用車では止めた方が良いです。
高山側からなら舗装道路で快適にアクセスできます。
