タ	タケさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの『そじ坊』。 25年前にそごう広島店のそれに行って以来かも。鴨南蛮が最高だった。しかしあの当時食べたあの蕎麦は何処に行ったのか？蕎麦の香りも何もしない。これで信州そばとは何処にもそれらしさは感じられない。昔はうどんは『めん坊』蕎麦は『そじ坊』かと思っていたが。失くしてしまったものの代償はかなり大きいように感じる。広島の『むすびのむさし』の蕎麦の方がよっぽど真面目に作られていて美味しい。一般大衆食堂で食べたかのようで、何故か悲しい昼御飯となった。 "Sojibo" after a long absence. Maybe since I went to the Sogo Hiroshima store 25 years ago. Kamo Nanban was the best. But where did that soba that you ate at that time go? The scent of buckwheat does nothing.
