大好きな鴨南蛮。
蕎麦粉の配合を変えたのか蕎麦の香りが薄い気がしました。
現状維持は衰退。もっと上を目指して欲しい蕎麦屋さんだっただけに少し残念でした。
後、営業中にも関わらず、店内の電気を最低限の光にするのは頂けません。コロナ禍で経営が厳しいお気持ちもわかりますが居酒屋ではないんですから、そこは必要経費。店内全体には電気をつけ、明るくしないと、、何か残念な気持ちになります。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お勧めの鴨そば大盛りを注文しました。そばも鴨スープも美味しいです。味音痴の私は鴨肉の美味しさがよくわかりません。店は静かで小さな子供ワイワイはありませんよい感じです。理由は価格設定と考えました。あの値段では若い夫婦子連れでは行けません。
I ordered a large serving of recommended duck soba. Both soba and duck soup are delicious. I don't really understand the taste of duck meat. The store is quiet and there are no small kids waiwai It feels good. I thought the reason was pricing. At that price, you can't go with a young couple.

連れが鴨ざるをたべたが、鴨が美味しいと言っていた。
天ぷら大好き人間の私は、天ぷらが無いのが辛い(;_;)
店の駐車場は無いので、近くの有料パーキングへ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗な厨房に美味しい蕎麦。しっかりと修行された人がやっているに違いない。ざる大盛りを頼む人が多いかな。何回も来ましたが今日はお腹が冷えていたので、温かいかけ蕎麦。ほっこりとして、しかも、蕎麦の風味を楽しめる。私はすきです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦は新蕎麦らしく緑色がかって、コシ、香りともにgood。
ただし、鴨ざるの出汁が醤油辛過ぎるのと、鴨肉が厚みがあるのは良いけど、その分、鴨の血が香ってしまう事、そして蕎麦湯を飲むのに、辛過ぎる出汁を割って飲む事も出来ず、湯呑のお茶を捨てて、そこに入れて飲む事になった事など残念。鴨南ばんの出汁は美味しかったです。

However, the duck soup stock is too spicy with soy sauce, and it is good that the duck meat is thick, but the duck blood is scented by that amount, and the soup stock that is too spicy to drink soba hot water is broken.
