場所柄、転勤するサラリーマンの来店が多いらしく3月が繁忙期らしいです。
大学近くの不動産屋は12月以降から繁忙期になって対応が悪いこと多いので、学生さんは12～1月であれば四条烏丸周辺の不動産屋は狙い目ですよ

物件に関する細かな質問や入居に関する疑問にも、その都度管理会社に確認してくださいました。
また、内見の際は一緒に部屋の中に入って説明を受けるか / 入らないかを事前に書面で選択することができます。この点も非常によかったです。自分は「入らない」を選び、現地案内後は1人で内見しました。焦らされることもなく、自分のペースで一件一件見て、考えることができました。
契約のやり取りに関しても、不信感なく進めることができました。
重要事項説明もかなり丁寧で、初期費用に関する料金の詳細や保険会社、各種有料サービスについても事前にご説明いただきました。自分で選択できるものは選ばせていただきましたし、強引に勧めてくることもありませんでした。
自分はこのお店に来る前に、Googleのクチコミ評価が500件ほどあり、9割が高評価の人気業者へ行きました。結果的に不要な費用を請求され、こちらの条件に沿っていない物件を強引に契約させようとするなど本当に最悪でした。
エイブルさんは基本的に仲介手数料が半額だと思われますが、1ヶ月取ってくる人気業者よりも丁寧な対応とサービスでした。
いかにGoogleの高評価多数の人気業者が信用できないかを痛感しました。
