ただ食事場所としては、その他の場所より美味しく食べれる場所となります。
また対応も一流のホテルの印象もあり急な食事内容の変更も依頼でもサラッと変更してもらえてとても印象が良い鉄板焼きだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京野菜など新鮮な野菜のほか京都らしい前菜も出てくる。ステーキを焼かれる時はフランベの演出もある。目の前で焼かれるシェフは、適度にお料理の説明をされて自然体で心地よい。サービスされる方の中に女性の方で少し厳し目な人がいる。
京都らしさを大切にレストラン運営をされていると思うのだが、その一人の方のサービスの仕方で全体的なレストランの印象も変わるので少し残念である。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一組に一人お肉などを焼いてくださる方か付くので、お料理の提供のタイミングが絶妙。メインも前菜も美味しく頂きました。デザートはほうじ茶アイスでした。
