★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦はかなり太く、黒く、固めの平べったい田舎蕎麦。
汁はカツオ強めでしょっぱい。そば湯で割ってもまだまだしょっぱい(-。-;)
天ぷらは大きな海老が１本と、かぼちゃ、茄子、舞茸、ピーマン、パプリカ。
天ぷら塩は無く、そばつゆに浸けて食べるスタイル。最後の方はそばつゆが油っこくなってしまって残念。
ご当地訛りが多く聞こえる、地元の人御用達のお店って感じです。
The buckwheat noodles are thick, black, and firm flat country buckwheat noodles.
The soup is strong and salty. Even if you break it with soba hot water, it's still salty (-.-;)
Tempura has one big shrimp, pumpkin, eggplant, maitake mushrooms, peppers and paprika.
There is no tempura salt, and the style is soaked in soba sauce and eaten. The last one is a pity that the soba sauce has become oily.
It feels like a shop for local people, where you can hear a lot of local accents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 手打ち蕎麦が美味しいです。食べた感じから言うと十割蕎麦だと思います。席はテーブル席と座敷があります。この日は『つけ鴨蕎麦』を頂きました。鴨の出汁のきいたつけ汁がとても美味しくて少し太めの蕎麦と相性が良かったです。洗練されている。と言うよりは田舎に帰って家庭料理を食べてるような感じがして、くつろげます。店員さんも気さくな感じがして、とても良いと思います。
The handmade soba is delicious. From the feeling of eating it, I think it's 100% buckwheat noodles. There are table seats and tatami mats. On this day, I had "Tsukekamo Soba". The duck soup stock was very delicious and went well with the slightly thick soba noodles. It is sophisticated. Rather, it feels like going back to the countryside and eating home-cooked food, so you can relax. The clerk also feels friendly and I think it's very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コシ強め、太めの蕎麦です。ボリュームもあります。店内も綺麗です。なぜ評価が3点台なのか不思議です。確実に4以上かと。この蕎麦はこういうもんですし、天ぷらも衣が上品。
