★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダチョウのお肉を使った有名な「韋駄天そば」が売り切れだったので「風土記そば」の大盛りをいただきました。「とろろと山菜」の入った蕎麦でした。美味でしたが、なぜ「とろろ」と「山菜」で「風土記」なのかはわかりませんでした。暑い時期でしたが、曲家の建物は自然な風が入り、心地よくお蕎麦をいただけました。茅葺き屋根も一部補修中でしたが、日本家屋のよさも実感できると思います。
 The famous “Tanda Ten Soba” made with ostrich meat was sold out, so we received a big “Fudoki Soba”. It was soba with "Toro to Yamana". It was delicious, but I didn't know why "Tororo" and "Sansai" were "Fudoki". Although it was hot, the musician's building had a natural breeze and gave us a pleasant buckwheat. I was also repairing some thatched roofs, but I think I can feel the goodness of a Japanese house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物の感じはよかった。10割そば、繋がり悪くて中々打つのが難しい。本来、10割そばは、蕎麦の風味が最高で美味しい筈なのだが、あさり風味の強い出汁が、蕎麦の味を消してしまっていた。注文は自販機販売だったが、少し混んでいたのか食べるまでの待ち時間が長くて、嫌気がさした。（1時間以上)
コロナ感染予防は、テーブルに衝立らしき物はあったが、テーブル消毒も無し全てお客様まかせで不快感があった。食膳器の配膳も片付けもセルフサービス。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 茅葺屋根の古民家風のそば屋。その外観からとてもおいしい蕎麦を想像していたが大したことは無かった。（けんちん蕎麦を頼んだ）
味については残念ながら駅ソバに毛が生えた程度だった。蕎麦自体も微妙だしけんちんに至っては風味ゼロ。もう行くことは無い。
ただし店内の雰囲気は好き。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蕎麦がつるんとそうめんみたいで、美味しいです。つくば鶏塩そば、とても美味しいです。この蕎麦は熱いのしかないけど、冷たいのも欲しいです。ほか舞茸天ぷら蕎麦とか美味いです。こちらは温冷両方あります。
（追伸）昨日再度訪れたら、冷たいつくば鶏塩そばが新メニューになってました。幸せ。もちろん美味しかった。早く食べたくて写真を取るのを忘れてしまった。またすぐ近いうちに来ます。月イチくらいでは来てるので。
（更に追伸）今日も食べに来ました。今度は写真撮りました。わさびをたっぷりきかせてもまた美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内で食券機にて購入。千円札しか使えません。無くても店員さんに声をかければ両替してくださるようです。注文してから30分位の余裕を。打ち立て十割蕎麦を。ミニ丼もありました。美味しくいただきました。
