吉	吉〜しゅん爺 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油豚骨の様ですが、スープの味に何か臭みがあり、濃厚過ぎて徳島ラーメンを倍の濃さにした様な。生卵2、3個入れてやると少しはまろやかになるかもです。炒飯の味も濃厚なのですがそれが気にならないほどラーメンのスープが濃い。大抵はラーメン屋でスープ残さない私も殆ど残しました。炒飯、美味しいのだけど、皿に持った後、フライパンに張り付いた焦げたカスをシッカリ振りかけてくれてるのでガッカリです。オカズの春巻きと焼売？らしき日替り物は美味くない。キャベツの千切りは美味かった。何方にせよ、この料理で¥1100-は捨て金でした? コロナ対策も全く無し。 It looks like soy sauce pork bones, but the taste of the soup has something to do with it, and it's too rich to make Tokushima ramen twice as thick.
