★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前でタクシードライバーがたむろって、タバコを平然と吸ってる。駅員も何も注意しない。終わってます。あと、TOBU WIFI無駄に繋がってきてうざい。
 A taxi driver hangs out in front of the station and smokes calmly. The station staff doesn't pay attention to anything. It's over. Also, TOBU WIFI is annoying because it leads to waste.

下りに限れば夕ラッシュの各駅停車に座りやすい駅の一つ。
Stations that only stop each station. There is a level crossing.
It is one of the easy stations to sit in the evening rush station if you go down only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前は狭く、ロータリー的なものは無い。南口は車1台くらいならなんとか止められるスペースはある。北口と南口は階段で結ばれており、エレベーターやエスカレーターは無いので、向こう側に平地で渡るには踏切になる。
The station square is small and there is nothing like a rotary. The south exit has a space that can be stopped if there is only one car. The north and south exits are connected by stairs, and there are no elevators or escalators.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結論から先に述べると駅員のレベルが最悪です。
東上線はよく遅延するとか、まちづくりが便利ではないかとか、そういう話ではなく、
駅員の勤務態度が低レベルです。毎日2年間ほど東武東上線下赤塚の駅の改札を、通るのでよくわかりますが、改札で居眠りしている駅員がいたり（過去に注意した経験あり）、改札を背にして携帯を見ていたり（動画をみている）シーンに月に1回以上は目にします。
同じ社会人として、仕事に対する意欲がなさすぎると思います。
設備に関しても最悪です。都内でエレベーターのない駅は珍しく、ベビーカーをよく押すので便利性は皆無。わざわざ踏切を渡って反対側のホームにいくのは、正直面倒くさいです。
あと駅がとても汚いです。広告や自販機は埃まみれ。子供が触ったら必ず拭き取るようにしています。
東武東上線下赤塚駅の利便性がなさすぎるので、引っ越しましたが、2度と住みたくない駅です。
ファミリーやご年配の人には特に気を付けて下さい。路線が２つある事は助かりますが、そこ重視で下赤塚駅周辺に住むと、上記の悩みが待っています。

The Tojo Line is often delayed or not useful for town development.
The station staff has a low working attitude. As you pass through the ticket gate of Shimo-Akazuka station on the Tobu Tojo Line for about two years every day, you can see well, but there are station employees who are dozing at the ticket gate (has been aware of the past), looking at the mobile phone with the ticket gate in the back I see it at least once a month in the scene (watching a video).
As a member of the same society, I think there is too little willingness to work.
It ’s also the worst equipment. Stations without an elevator in Tokyo are rare, and there is no convenience because they push the stroller often. It's annoying to go across the railroad crossing to the opposite home.
The station is very dirty. Ads and vending machines are dusty. If a child touches it, be sure to wipe it off.
The Tobu Tojo Line Shimo-Akazuka Station is too convenient, so I moved in, but I don't want to live again.
Please be especially careful with family and elderly people. The fact that there are two routes is saved, but if you live around Shimoakatsuka Station with emphasis there, the above problems are waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北口側は昼間から中年男性達がお酒飲んだりタバコ吸う集団が居ます｡傍にあるイレブンの喫煙所でも飲酒してたりしてます。女性やお子さんにとっては少し怖いかも？ 別段絡んで来たりはしないようですが‥‥それさえ無ければごく普通の駅です
On the north exit side, there is a group of middle-aged men drinking and smoking from daytime. They also drink at the Eleven smoking area nearby. Is it a little scary for women and children? It doesn't seem to get involved, but it's a normal station without it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 懐かしい気もちにしてくれる場所。駅周りには飲食店、ファミレスなどがある。又、コインロッカー、駅のホームにはベンチもあります。そしてドラマハロー張りネズミの舞台になった場所。
A place that makes you feel nostalgic. There are restaurant and family restaurants around the station. There are also coin lockers and a bench at the station's home. And the place where it became the stage of the drama hello mouse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東武東上線の駅です。準急急行は停車しません。池袋から成増までの駅では2番目にさびれた駅といえます。北口メイン通りはシャッター商店街化、裏通りのほうが活気があります。ドラッグストア、スーパーはあります。徒歩5分位の所にライフがあります。
It is a station on the Tobu Tojo Line. Semi-express does not stop. It is the second most deserted station from Ikebukuro to Narimasu. The main street at the north exit has become a shutter shopping street, and the back street is more lively. There are drug stores and supermarkets. Life is about a 5-minute walk away.
