★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京のハズレの駅ですが、急行で一駅、11分で池袋に着けるという好立地です。
駅のホームは古いですが、エレベーターや時刻表の電光掲示板が改札口とホームにあります。複数の路線バスも発着しています。
改札を出てすぐに、成城石井や飲食店等もあり、商店街もあり、光が丘公園にも近く住みやすそうです。また徒歩3分位で東京メトロ有楽町線成増駅もあり、副都心線で渋谷、横浜方面にも一本で行けます。
It's a lost station in Tokyo, but it's a good location that you can reach Ikebukuro in 11 minutes by express train.
The platform of the station is old, but there are elevators and electric bulletin boards for timetables at the ticket gates and platforms. Multiple fixed-route buses also depart and arrive.
Immediately after exiting the ticket gate, there are Seijo Ishii, restaurants, etc., a shopping street, and it seems that it is easy to live near Hikarigaoka Park. There is also Narimasu Station on the Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line, which is about a 3-minute walk away, and you can also go to Shibuya and Yokohama on the Fukutoshin Line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice clean station. TJ Liner train doesn't stops here but many local, express and semi express are available from here. Bus stops are very close from both side of the station area. Local market is also very near to this station.
