炙り鶏つけ蕎麦(¥1350)、天ざる蕎麦(¥1720)を美味しくいただきました。極細の更科蕎麦で、コシはそれほど強くはない為、冷たい汁でいただく方が美味しさが際立つと思いました。炙り鶏は香ばしくコクがあり、天ぷらは衣がサクサクで、それぞれ美味です。 店内には国内外のアンティークがあちこちに飾られていて、レトロな雰囲気です。緑に囲まれた庭も窓から見え、自然を感じながら、静かにのんびりと過ごせました。 待ち時間がとてもかかるので、時間に余裕のある方向けです。お店の湧き水が自慢の、接客が丁寧なお蕎麦屋さんでした。
We enjoyed the roasted chicken soba noodles (¥ 1350) and Tensoba soba noodles (¥ 1720). It's a very fine Sarashina soba, and it's not so strong, so I thought it would be more delicious to have it in cold juice. The roasted chicken is fragrant and rich, and the tempura is crispy and delicious. The store is decorated with domestic and foreign antiques here and there, giving it a retro atmosphere. The garden surrounded by greenery was also visible from the window, and I was able to spend a quiet and relaxing time while feeling the nature. It takes a lot of waiting time, so it is for those who have plenty of time. It was a soba restaurant that was proud of the spring water of the shop and was polite in serving customers.

裏磐梯散策ですごく目に止まった蕎麦屋さん 店構えはとっても入りやすくて蕎麦のノボリも目立ちます、店内はレトロ喫茶店って感じかな?推しは湧き水蕎麦とのことだったので注文しました。山都の水蕎麦も素敵だったけど、本気でめんつゆ要らない位美味しい蕎麦でした。?

お正月という事で きなこ餅まで出していただいて お蕎麦も細目でとても美味しかったです。 いつも混んでいるから通りすぎていたけど やっと行くことができて雪の中の佇まいも素敵でした‼️
Since it was New Year's Day, we had Kinako mochi served and the soba was fine and very delicious. I was passing by because it was always crowded, but I was finally able to go and the appearance in the snow was wonderful! ️

裏磐梯方面に観光に行った際に、昼食のために立ち寄り。門構えはなかない重厚な感じですが、お店は入ってすぐはレトロな感じで、奥は古民家みたいな感じですね。蕎麦は拘りの蕎麦粉と湧き水で作った十割蕎麦とのことで、量を作れないのか大盛り設定が無し。で、期待して食してみましたが蕎麦自体にはそれほどのインパクトは無かったですね‥‥細麺で喉越しは良かったです。基本、蕎麦はたっぷり食べたい派なので、大盛り設定無い時点で☆は一個減って☆2個で(;^ω^) ※追加蕎麦ってのはありましたが、ほぼもう一品頼む位のお値段でした。

紅葉シーズンの日曜日、開店30分前に並びました。名前記入ボード等は有りません❗️ 開店時には27人が並んでました! 建屋は蔵を改造した古民家風な感じです! オーダーは妻が天ざる蕎麦、私が湧き水そばと天ざる蕎麦!そして中瓶ビール❗️(アサヒスパドラ)二人でミニ鶏ソースカツ丼を・・・ ビールにはタコワサが付いて来ました?コップが切子でお洒落? 蕎麦の付け合わせの漬物は4種類のってました。 天婦羅は塩で食べるスタイルで、天然海老(❓️)・かぼちゃ・えのき・春菊・豆苗、豆苗の天婦羅は初めてでしてが味が⁉️で天婦羅自体の揚げが今一でした? ザル蕎麦(更科)は香りが弱く残念❗️歯応えは良好。驚きは湧き水そばです‼️少し濃い目のつけ汁で口内に運ぶと弾力有る歯応えと喉ごしが最高?️?に美味しい?ですねぇ? 蕎麦湯は普通❗️ 鶏ソースカツ丼はソースが旨い(巧い)❗上に乗ったカイワレが良い役割りをしてます? ご馳走様でした! 湧き水そばは衝撃的でした?

This unusual soba restaurant is in a traditional Japanese style building but filled to the rafters -- literally -- with American and European antiques and bric-a-brac. The specialty in warm weather is soba noodles served in ice-cold spring water. The noodles are sweet and flavorful and the tempura is perfectly fried and contained unusual kinds of mushrooms and greens. We arrived soon after they opened on a holiday weekend Saturday and had no problem, but it was full by noon and many people made reservations. Check out the surrounding garden to see wild plants and the source of the spring.

I came here several times when I used to work in Aizu-wakamatsu. I love their noodles, because they're very elastic- I think that's pretty rare for soba noodles. I usually order set menu with tempura. Their small dishes like pickled fish(ニシンの山椒付)are also quite yummy. Atmosphere of the restaurant is also great, with American vintage decorations. I think the owner is a fan of American cinema. Very tourist-friendly!
