いつも休日には駐車場が満車ですが、中はお座敷もあり外観よりも広め。海老天ざる蕎麦を注文、ちょっと時間かかる為先に胡瓜のお漬物が出てきて◎蕎麦も細く好き。海老天どうせなら大海老天もあったので次回はそちらに注文します?

49号線ぞい上戸浜そばの猪苗代町の蕎麦屋さん。 店内は縦長に広々としたお座敷とテーブル席があります。 平日に伺いましたがお昼になると次々とお客さんが入ってきます。地元の常連さんがとても多い印象です。 私はにしん天ざる蕎麦を頂きました。 鳥そばを注文してる方も多かったような。 先付けで手作りの胡瓜、赤大根、茗荷の浅漬けが出てきました。 蕎麦は美しい更科そば。 天ぷらは身欠き鰊2枚、もしかして金山かぼちゃ?オレンジのかぼちゃ、えのき、春菊。 身欠き鰊はちょっと固めなので、ざるそばより温かい蕎麦の汁につけながら食べた方が食べやすいかも。 かぼちゃは薄いスライスなのに実がとろっとしていて美味しい。もちろんさくさく。 蕎麦はつるんとしていて喉越しがいい。 蕎麦湯も蕎麦の香りが立っていて美味しかった。 また伺いたいです。
