★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鉄骨工事以外は全て外注、管理もずさんで専門家が見ればわかるけど素人では分からないような手抜きの工事のデパートのような施工で、資材も外注任せなので価格もボッタクリとも言えるほど高いし中古不良品を新品と称して使用するなど最低最悪！
耐久耐震、維持管理、省エネを謳い文句してるけど数年後の補修工事で初めて欠陥手抜き工事が判る信用できない業者です。
鉄骨基礎工事が得意なはずが地盤沈下の対策や水平維持工事も管理もせずに素人が見て見栄えだけの工事しか出来ない素人業者です。
管理のしっかりした信用ある業者を選ばないと後で後悔する憂き目に合う事に、安い買い物でないので少なくとも ここは絶対にやめた方が良いです。
